Deactivate or Replace a Device

Step by Step Guide

1. Log In and Access Devices

   • Go to the "Devices" page on the platform.

2. Select the Device

   • Find and select the device you want to deactivate or replace (e.g., W0 P8).

3. Deactivate or Replace

   • Click the "Deactivate/Replace" button.

   • To deactivate, simply hit "Submit."

   • To replace, enter the new device ID (e.g., W0H2) and hit "Submit."

4. Verify Replacement

   • Ensure the new device retains the same information (building, location) and historical data.
