Installing a Hexmodal Cold Storage Monitor

Step by Step Guide

1. Prepare the Boxes

   • Ensure you have both the sensor box (square) and buffer box (rectangular).

2. Connect the Probe

   • Carefully unscrew the buffer bottle cap.

   • Insert the probe through the cap and into the buffer bottle.

   • Secure the probe by screwing the nut back on.

3. Place the Buffer Bottle in the Refrigerator

   • Use the provided bracket, zip ties, or adhesives to secure the bottle in the fridge.

   • Position the bottle in the middle of the fridge on the hinge side.

4. Feed the Probe

   • Feed the probe through the fridge’s port or hinge.

5. Connect the Device

   • Attach the probe to the device.

   • Screw on the antenna.

6. Power On the Device

   • Hold the power button on the right side for five seconds until it starts blinking.

7. Mount the Device

   • Attach the device to the wall or fridge side, ensuring enough slack in the cable to prevent it from being tugged.

8. Final Checks

   • Ensure the setup is secure and functional.
