If you have a device that has this warning you should recieve a reflashing kit from the Hexmodal team. Follow the steps below
Assemble the reflashing kit. To do so, insert batteries in the back of the device and close the back cover (batteries are included with kit)
Remove the probe from the device and buffer bottle
Follow the instructions in the video to reflash your device
Insert new probe into the buffer bottle, snake the wire back to the communicator and plug it in
Go to the device page, click on Scan Replacement Probe and either scan the QR or type in the serial on the probe itself and hit submit
Confirm the new probe is paired to your device on the platform. Go to the device page on the Hexmodal Dashboard. Look for installed modules and confirm the serials match up
