Our campus was full of holiday spirit on the last day of school thanks to the incredible support of our PTA! Festive painted windows brought smiles to hallways, and hot cocoa treats made the day extra special for students. This thoughtful gesture helped send everyone into the break feeling warm, cheerful, and appreciated. A big thank-you to our PTA for always going the extra mile to support our students and staff—we are grateful for all you do!

7th grade Team 2 lost a tough one to a really good Smithville team on Monday. Our girls came out and fought hard. Proud of their effort and fight throughout the game.
7th grade Team 1 beat Smithfield 38-15. These girls got out to a fast start with a great defensive presence causing several turnovers that resulted in easy baskets. They continued to put the pressure on Smithfield until the end.
Super proud of both groups! We will be back in action after the Christmas break!
Both the 8th grade girls basketball team got big wins against Smithfield Thursday night, taking down the Raiders in decisive fashion.
Team 2 came out hot offensively, putting up 6 points in the first and 6 in the second quarter, while holding the Raiders to only one bucket. Even though we started the second half with a 12 - 2 lead, Smithfield showed some fight and caused us to cough up several turnovers. Our girls cleaned up passes and got things sorted out defensively and ended up pushing our record to 3 - 0 on the regular season with a 24 - 6 win.
Team 1 had the best game of the season so far, putting up 4 points within the first 3 seconds of the game. A layup off the starting tip and then an immediate steal off the inbounds for a bucket set the tone for the next 45 minutes. We walked into halftime with a 31 - 2 lead thanks to sharing the ball offensively and a never-ending defense. By the final buzzer, three different Broncos were in double digits, seven different players scored, and every player recorded at least one steal or forced turnover. With a final score of 49 - 4, team 1 pushed their record to 3 - 0 going into the Christmas break.
We will have our first home game of the season after the break on January 8 against Central, which will be a rematch of the District Championship game from last season. We'd LOVE to see the stands packed with red, white and blue for this matchup. B team tips at 5pm, with A team right behind them, usually about 6:15pm.
