Learning Target:

SWBAT  Analyze the impact industrialization, (immigration) and urbanization had on various groups during the Progressive Era.

SWBAT Synthesis and evaluate the success of actions taken by reformers and Muckrakers in promoting political and social.

2. students will work in pairs to: 

a. Students will state claims describing the impacts of industrialism had on American society.

b. Students will provide evidence from the text that supports claims.

c. Students will use paper to create a poster that will indicate one impact that represents a central idea of industrialization.

3. Students will circulate to each poster indicate they agree, disagree or have questions about the other groups central ideas.
