2nd March: Our U15 Girls Soccer Team hosted the JAAC in the 2nd round of games on Saturday. The girls played extremely well coming away with a draw and two wins. They have one more regular season game on Tuesday against SPH-LV @ SPH-LV with the winner finishing top of the table before Saturdays finals @ SPH-LV.

Results were:

1-1 vs KV, 2-0 vs AIS, 3-1 vs ACS.

Our Varsity Boys Basketball Team travelling to SPH-LV for the finals of the JAAC season. It was a tough outing for the boys missing some starting players due to Gr 12 mock exams. The boys lost in the 2nd vs 3rd game to SPH-LV and then lost to STL in the 3rd vs 4th playoff. Overall though a good season for the boys finishing in 4th place.

Now season 2 has officially finished it is a reminder that the badminton season is starting, U14 Boys and Girls train Tuesdays and Thursdays starting Thursday this week. Varsity starts this Wednesday and trains every Wednesday and Friday.

Played a game against each other and with teachers and parents. Both games were very close with only one goal separating each game.

U14 Boys and Girls Basketball played some friendly games against ACG

The boys played two games losing both narrowly by 1 point.

The girls played hard against ACG improving the whole game but in the end going down to a well drilled team.

17th February: Our Varsity basketball teams hosted SPH-KV in their last regular season games. Both games came down to the wire, the girls losing in a tight game 22-24. The last show from SPH-KV being a buzzer beater.

The boys showed great determination in their game, taking a one point lead with seconds to go and holding onto it to win 46-45.

On Friday Global Jaya Primary students competed in a small soccer tournament at the British school.

The under 12 boys team won 4 - 0 against the British school

The under 12 girls team won 2 - 1 against the British school first team

The under 10 mixed team lost 1 - 3 against the British school

The under 12 boys team won 2 - 0 against the first ACS first team

The under 12 girls team won 6 - 0 against the British school second team

The under 10 mixed team lost 1 - 5 against the ACG first team

The under 12 boys team won 4 - 1 against the ACG second team

The under 12 boys team won 7 - 0 against the ACG second team

For the U12 boys, Eddie Y5 showed all the learner profiles, as did Jasmine Y6 for the under 12 girls. The under 10 mixed team all showed lots of spirit when they played much older players.

Our U15 Girls JAAC Soccer team played in their first set of games for the season at ACS. They scored two big wins, with multiple girls in all the games appearing on the score sheets, the girls also did not concede a goal nor give away a shot on goal in both games.

Our U19 Boys JSFL Soccer team played against RCI in their final game of the season, they sadly went down 2-1 and will have to wait on results from other games to see if they manage to finish top of the table.

3rd February: Our Boys and Girls Varsity Basketball teams had a tough weekend travelling to SPH-SC and have a couple of tough loses. The girls going down 25-49 and the boys going down in a nail biter 43-45.

Our JSFL boys soccer team has gone from strength to strength continuing their winning streak, winning 4-0 on the weekend. A win in their next game will secure a top of the table finish this year.

Finally this week we have our Swimming Carnival on Thursday. We also have U14 Boys and Girls Basketball is @ BSJ as well as Primary Soccer @ ACS.
