I have always wanted to make jewellery and during this project I dabbled a bit in making some pieces.
I was making wall hangings and in those wall hangings I included a range of pieces in different sizes that could also be used for jewellery.
This wasn't the main focus of my project but I enjoyed the process and learning how I could Improve for next time.
The pieces I made are far from perfect and they were made by stamping in various shapes and filling them in with glaze.
Putting them in the kiln can be a bit tricky as they can't have glaze on the bottom otherwise they'll stick to the shelves. So until I get a kiln safe jewellery stand, making jewellery is very tedious.
However I'm super impressed by how well they came out and it feels great to make something that people actually want to wear.
