TED Ed is a free website with video-based lessons created by teachers and professional film makers. Each lesson has four components: watch, think, dig deeper and discuss . ArcGIS for Schools is free for K-12, but it is best suited for Gr. 7-12. In ArcGIS Online, build maps as well as add and analyze data. Tell stories with ArcGIS Story Maps. Watch the Teacher instructions in this video for creating an account through the Gizmos link in a VLE course shell. Then you have the choice of logging in to the website directly to create your class, add your Gizmos, and create the share link for students to join your class. If you are using the VLE to manage your class, your students can just click on the link in the course shell to get added to your class.
