The read aloud book for this week begins our new book theme about the friendship. This is a great story to re-visit even if you listened last week.

ZIPPY SPEEDY Roll and Read word family practice: Students roll a dice and read all the words in the line they rolled. If you don't have dice you could cut squares of cardboard and write the numbers 1-6 and students could pull a card and read that line. Practice until kids can quickly read all the words. These pages can be printed or enlarged in another window and read on the screen. There are 5 pages this week, so plan to do a page each day.
