Welcome Back! We are so excited to welcome our students into the building on Monday! Below you will find important information and links to help navigate the start of school.

First Day of School

Monday, August 4th: First Day of School

Parent Drop-Off/Pick Up:

Parent drop-off/pick up is in the back of the school from 8:50 A.M. to 9:15 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. Please do not drop off in the parking lot for safety reasons. Please do not pick-up/drop-off in areas outside of GSMS campus. Please be advised that the speed limit is 25 mph.

Bus Information

All bus information can be found on Studentvue and Parentvue. We will remind students of this before dismissal, but please ensure your student knows his/her bus route number. Please be advised that buses may run late for the first few weeks of school as students and drivers learn the routes.

Schedules

All schedules may be viewed on Studentvue and Parentvue. WE WILL NOT PRINT SCHEDULES on Monday, so please use your Studentvue app or bring the paper copy provided to you at Open House. Schedules are fluid and MAY be adjusted for the first week.

GSMS will not change schedules unless the following has occurred: a student is missing a needed class, a student was placed in the incorrect class, or a student opts IN to Band, Orchestra, Chorus, or JLC.

Breakfast/Lunch

One breakfast is free for all students. The price for lunch is $2.75.
