１．【令和６年４月新規採用者用/ For students newly selected in April 2024】【2024/4/12〆 Googleフォームへ必要事項をすべて入力・アップロード / Answer and upload files on Google Form
※こちらは、既に本フェローシップの採用が決まっている方向けの手続きです/This is for those who have already been selected for this fellowship.
※昨年度からの継続生（旧DX及びアンビシャス博士人材フェローシップ生）は提出の必要はありません。/Continuing students from the previous year (former DX and Ambitious Doctoral Fellowship students) do not need to submit this form.
令和６年４月１２日（金）１７時〆切

Please answer from your ELMS account of Hokkaido University
回答内容：フェローシップ受給に係る確認事項、誓約事項、研究奨励費（生活費相当分）の振込口座情報登録、通帳及び学生証のスキャンデータ（電子データ）
Answer contents: Confirmation of eligibility, notice of agreement, bank account information for receiving the research fellowship (amount equivalent to living expenses), copy of bankbook and student ID card (electronic data)
２．【2024/５/２〆】基本研究費執行計画書 / Basic Research Expenses Execution Plan
採択された学生の皆さんには、研究費４０万円（１年度あたり）が配分されます（支援期間が2024年9月までの場合は半額の２０万円）。研究計画書に記載された研究を遂行する上で必要となる研究費となりますので、執行計画表は、研究計画書に沿った内容で作成をお願いいたします。
To all recipients of the EXEX Doctoral Fellowship, research expenses (400,000 yen per year) will be provided (200,000 yen if the support period is until September 2024). Please fill in the form in accordance with your research plan as this research expense is necessary to carry out your research described in your research plan.

〇追加資料集 ／ Additional Materials
本フェローシップに採用されたみなさんは、研究活動上の不正行為や研究費の不正使用(受給)を行ってはいけません。／ All recipients of the DX Doctoral Fellowship must not do Research Misconduct , Grant Misuse and Fraudulent Grant Acquisition.
みなさんには、研究者としての自立・自己規律を醸成いただくため、また不正行為や不正使用(受給)の本質を学んでいただけるよう、上記の研修に加えて実際にあった事案から逆説的に学べるよう追加資料集を掲載しました。視聴（ドラマ形式）する資料もありますので、ぜひご活用ください。／In order to foster your independence and self-discipline as the researchers, and to help you learn the true nature of research misconduct , grant misuse and fraudulent grant acquisition, we have included additional materials so that you can learn paradoxically from actual cases in addition to the three trainings above. We also have materials to watch (in drama format), so please take advantage of these materials.
