辞退が必要な状況が判明した場合は、速やかに手続きを行ってください。

様式をダウンロードの上、下記メールアドレス宛に提出してください。

ただし、既に受給している方が3月末または9月末に辞退する場合は、別途提出期限と様式を設定いたします。近くなりましたらELMSメールでお知らせします。

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to decline the fellowship, please complete the procedure below as soon as possible.
Please download the format and submit it to the email address below.

However, if current recipients wish to decline the fellowship at the end of March or September, a separate deadline and form will be set. Details will be notified on ELMS mail when it gets closer.
