海外での取組は内容によっては「海外共修プログラム【その他の活動（授業科目以外）】」として認定され、経費支援ならびにポイント付与を受けることができます。
（学会参加の場合、研究室訪問等の主体的な活動を含めることが条件です。個別案件ごとに海外共修プログラムとして認められるか検討を行います。留学生が母国にて行う活動は海外共修プログラムの対象となりません）
海外共修プログラムについて内容を確認し、条件が合致する場合には海外共修プログラムへの申請も検討してください。
To those who are considering applying for 【A. Support for Interdisciplinary Laboratory Visit and Participation in Academic Conferences】
Overseas activities may be recognized as the “Overseas Co-Learning Program (Activities other than course subjects)” depending on the contents and receive the travel expenses assistance and point(s).
(In the case of attending an academic conference, it is requisite to combine another activity such as visiting a research lab/institution. Each case of an activity other than course subjects is needed to be examined whether the activity is approved as the Overseas Co-Learning Program. For international students, activities taken in your home country would not be approved as the Overseas Co-Learning Program.)
Please look into the details of the Overseas Co-Learning Program and consider applying for the Program if your activity plan meets the conditions of the Program.

本フェローシップ予算にて購入した共用機器については、管理担当者や管理副担当者以外のフェローシップ生の方も利用していただけるものです。利用を希望されるフェローシップ生の方は一覧のメールアドレスまでご連絡願います。/The shared equipment purchased with the fellowship budget is available for use by fellowship students other than the administrator and deputy administrator. Fellowship students who wish to use the equipment are requested to contact us at the e-mail address in the linked document.
