海外共修プログラムについて／ Overseas Co-Learning Program

下記のプログラムに参加することで、海外共修プログラムとしてのポイントを取得することができます。取得できるポイントはプログラムによって違うのでご確認ください。

留学生が母国にて行う活動は海外共修プログラムとしてのポイント取得及び経費支援の対象にはなりません。

本学の大学院入学以降（修士、専門職学位、博士、6年制学部の5-6年生含む）のフェローシップ採用前の活動もポイント取得の対象となりますが、本学の学部及び他大学在籍時（大学院含む）の履修科目、活動については対象となりません。

You will be awarded points of the Overseas Co-Learning Program by participating in the following course subjects. Please check the number of awarded points, as they vary from program to program.

For international students, activities taken in your home country would not be approved as the Overseas Co-Learning Program and excluded from financial assistance.

Activities after entering Graduate Schools of Hokkaido University (Master, Professional degree, Doctor, also including 5th and 6th grades of 6 years undergraduate programs) are also recognized as your earned points but course subjects, programs and activities taken in undergraduate program of Hokkaido University, and other universities (even graduate schools) than Hokkaido University are not recognized.

ポートフォリオへの入力について ／ Entering Points into Your Portfolio

プログラムに参加した後は、各自でポートフォリオへの入力をするとともに、必修又は選択必修の要件を満たした後は履修報告フォームから報告してください。

 Please fill in your portfolio about your awarded points after your completion of the Overseas Co-Learning Program.   Please submit the Application of Completion Approval of the Compulsory Program and the Compulsory Elective Programs after you completed the Program(s).

必要な手続き ／ Necessary Procedures

なお、海外共修プログラムに参加する際の海外渡航経費は、研究費とは別にEXEX博士人材フェローシップから支援いたします。海外共修プログラム申請を本ページ最下部のフォームから行ってください。

経費支援を申請しない場合にも、海外共修プログラム申請フォームからの申請が必要です。

Travel expenses for the Overseas Co-Learning Program are covered by the EXEX Doctoral Fellowship separate from the Research Expenses. Please submit the application of Overseas Co-Learning Program using the form at the bottom of this page. 

In case you do not apply for the travel expenses assistance, still you are required submit the application of Overseas Co-Learning Program.

海外共修プログラムに参加する際には指導教員の許可を得てください。

経費支援を申請しない場合にも、海外共修プログラム申請フォームからの申請が必要です。

Please obtain approval of your participation of the Overseas Co-Learning Program from your supervisor.

Submission of the application is required all of participants of the Overseas Co-Learning Program, even the cases not to apply for the travel expenses assistance.

海外共修プログラム終了後は、海外共修プログラム報告フォームを提出してください。

Please submitt a completion form of Overseas Co-Learning Program after you completed the travel.

・得られるポイント数：1単位科目の場合=1ポイント、2単位科目の場合=2ポイント

・得られるポイント数：1単位科目の場合=1ポイント、2単位科目の場合=2ポイント

One Health Ally コース（サブモジュール4）／ One Health Ally Course (Module-4, On-site training)

・得られるポイント数：3ポイント

国際共同教育プログラム ／ International Collaborative Degree Programs 

・コチュテル・プログラム　Cotutelle Program

・ダブル・ディグリー・プログラム　Double Degree Program

Hokkaido サマー・インスティテュート ／ Hokkaido Summer Institute 

・得られるポイント数：3単位取得で1ポイントとして換算する

OGGsプログラム ／ One Program for Global Goals (OGGs) Program 

・得られるポイント数：海外渡航を伴う「SDGs実習」、「SDGs海外大学演習」または「SDGs実践科目」=2ポイント

（プログラム概要）

アフリカと日本の架け橋となる次世代の人材を育成する国際獣医学・保全医学教育プログラム ～ザンビア‐北大の頭脳循環成果を基盤として～（IVCMEP）ザンビア派遣プログラム ／ International Veterinary Conservation Medicine Education Program (IVCMEP) (Dispatched to University of Zambia (UNZA))

・得られるポイント数：派遣プログラム2週間の共同教育2ポイント（2単位）

・Number of awarded points：2 points for 2 weeks joint education with UNZA (2 credits)

【その他の活動（授業科目以外）／ Activity other than Course Subjects】

その他の活動（国際学会、海外研究室訪問、国際共同研究等 ） ／  Activities ohter than course subjects (e.g. Attending academic conference, Visiting a research lab in oversea's institution, International collaboration research)

国際学会への参加や、海外研究室訪問、国際共同研究等について「海外共修プログラム」として認定します。

ただし、国際学会への参加については、海外研究機関の研究室訪問等の主体的な活動を含めることが「海外共修プログラム」として認定される条件です。

個別案件ごとに、海外共修プログラムとして認められるか検討を行います。海外共修プログラム申請フォームから内容が分かる資料を添付のうえ申請してください。

本学の大学院入学以降（修士、専門職学位、博士、6年制学部の5-6年生含む）のフェローシップ採用前の授業科目以外の活動もポイント取得の対象となりますが、本学の学部及び他大学在籍時（大学院含む）の授業科目外活動については対象となりません。

　Activities other than course subjects (e.g. Attending academic conference, Visiting a research lab in overseas institution, International collaboration research) would be approved as the Overseas Co-Learning Program.

In the case of attending an academic conference, it is requisite to combine another activity such as visiting a research lab/institution to be approved as the Overseas Co-Learning Program.

Each case of an activity other than course subjects is needed to be examined whether the activity is approved as the Overseas Co-Learning Program. Please give details of your activity (i.e. Visiting a research lab/institution, Field work, Attending an academic conference), travel date and destination, and upload evidence(s) describe your activity when you submit an application form of Overseas Co-Learning Program.

Activities ohter than course subjects after entering Graduate Schools of Hokkaido University (Master, Professional degree, Doctor, also including 5th and 6th grades of 6 years undergraduate programs) are also recognized as your earned points but course subjects, programs and activities ohter than course subjects taken in undergraduate program of Hokkaido University, and other universities (even graduate schools) than Hokkaido University are not recognized.

・得られるポイント数：現地滞在5日間以上1か月未満で1ポイント。1か月を超える場合、その後の1か月ごとに1ポイント

・Number of awarded points：Duration of stay is more than 5days to 1 month＝1 point, after that 1 point is added for subsequent every 1 month

経済支援について ／ Travel Expenses Assistance

経済支援の条件 ／ Conditions of the Travel Expenses Assistance

・EXEX博士人材フェローシップの採用期間内であること

・授業科目については、上記に掲載された海外共修プログラムの授業科目であること、もしくは部局独自の授業プログラムの場合はその内容が分かる根拠書類とともに申請フォームから申請すること

・その他の活動（国際学会、海外研究室訪問、国際共同研究等）についてはその内容が分かる根拠書類とともに申請フォームから申請し審査を受け、認められること

・留学生の場合には、授業科目、授業科目以外の活動においても母国以外の活動であること

・Your activity as the Overseas Co-Learning Program should be completed within your Fellowship period.

・Course subjects approved as the Overseas Co-Learning Program are above listed course subjects and course subjects (programs) provided by your Graduate school. 　Please submit an application form with evidence(s) describe your activity (i.e. program name and detail) in case you are joining course subjects (programs) run by your Graduate School.

・It is required to have approval from the Office of Advancement of Graduate Education Reform (AGE) if you join an activity other than course subjects (e.g. Attending academic conference, Visiting a research lab in overseas institution, International collaboration research) as the Overseas Co-Learning Program.　 Please submit an application form with evidence(s) describe your activity.

・For international students, activities should be outside of your home country in both course subjects and activities other than course subjects.

経済支援の期間 ／ Duration of the Travel Expenses Assistance

経費支援できる期間は上限3か月です。３か月を超えた期間の日当や宿泊費等は支給できませんが、復路の交通費は支給可能です。

The maximum period of the travel expenses assistance is 3 months. If the period exceeds 3 months, daily allowance and accommodation fee for subsequent period are not provided, but only your return airfare is covered by the assistance.

経済支援の内容 ／ Items of Travel Expenses Assistance 

経費支援できる内容は、交通費、日当、宿泊料、本学規程に定める旅行雑費、ビザ申請代金、海外旅行保険料のみとし、本学規程等により支給が認められる額を上限とします。

また、学会等への参加費、参加費には含まれない現地フィールドトリップ参加費も支援の内容に含まれます。

他機関等からの経費支援の有無等によっては、支援金額も変動しますので、ご承知おきください。

その他、個別のケースによって判断する場合があります。

Items of travel expenses assistance are transportation fee, daily allowance, accommodation fee, miscellaneous travel expenses as stipulated in the regulations of Hokkaido University, visa application fee and overseas travel insurance fee. There is maximum limit of amount stipulated in the regulations of Hokkaido University.

Participation fee of an academic conference, and field trip fee which is not included in the participation fee are also supported by the Travel Expenses Assistance.

Please be notified the amount may vary in case you receive any other assistance.

Other decisions may be applied on a case-by-case basis.

申請後、経費支援可否の連絡をするとともに、具体的な手続きについて別途連絡いたします。

You will be notified whether your application of the travel expenses assistance and the next step procedure.

本支援の内容は、実施中であっても予算の枠に限りがあり、取扱等を変更することがあります。

The handling and other details of the travel expenses assistance may be subject to change due to budget limitations even during the implementation of the EXEX Doctoral Fellowship.

その他 ／ Other remarks

海外共修プログラムとしての渡航には、渡航先が外務省「海外安全ホームページ 」において、危険レベル１（十分注意してください）までの国・地域であることの確認や海外旅行保険への加入等、安全対策を講じてください。海外旅行保険料は経費支援の対象です。

Please take safe measures for your participation in the Overseas Co-Learning Program, for instance to be sure your destination is categorized as Level 1 (Exercise caution) or less by the Ministry of Foreign Affair’s of Japan, and enrolled in the overseas travel insurance. Overseas travel insurance fee would be covered by the travel expenses assistance of the EXEX Doctoral Fellowship.
