EXEX博士人材フェローシップについて、本日令和7年8月29日から、令和8年4月及び10月採用の募集を開始します。
一部報道されておりますとおり、令和9年度から外国人留学生の支援内容の見直し※が予定されておりますが、今回募集する令和8年度から支援を開始する学生については、現行の内容で標準修業年限まで支援が継続されます。

※見直し内容
外国人留学生については、研究奨励費（生活費相当額）の支援は行わず、研究費の支援のみとなる。日本人学生については、現行の支援内容と同様となる。

令和9年度以降のフェローシップの募集内容の詳細については、日本人学生も含めて現時点で未定です。

なお、既に本フェローシップで支援を受けている学生や採用通知を受け取っている学生については支援内容に変更はありません。

Regarding the EXEX Doctoral Fellowship, we will begin the call for applications today, August 29, 2025, for April and October admissions of 2026.

As reported in some media, revisions to the support program for international students are scheduled to take effect from the 2027 academic year. However, students selected in this recruitment for the 2026 academic year, who will start receiving support from that year, will continue to be supported under the current system until the standard course duration of their program.

Details of the revision:

For international students, support for research fellowship (equivalent to living expenses) will be discontinued, and only research-related expenses will be covered. For Japanese students, the support system will remain unchanged.

The details of the fellowship program from the 2027 academic year onward, including for Japanese students, have not yet been determined.

For students who are already receiving support under this fellowship and those who have already been selected, there will be no changes to the terms of support.
