１．募集要項を確認する / Check the Application Guidelines

 ※このフェローシップへの申請は、北海道大学大学院博士（後期）課程の入試への出願ではありません。大学院入試の詳細については各大学院へお問い合わせください。

*Application for this fellowship is not an application for admission to the doctoral courses of Hokkaido University. Regarding the entrance exam for the doctoral course, please ask each graduate school.

２．研究計画書作成 / Research Proposal

・ダウンロードし使用してください。
・申請フォームにアップロードする際はPDFで提出すること。
・各項目毎に指定されているページ数を厳守すること。

・Download the format from the link below.
・Submit the document in PDF format to the application form.
・Must strictly comply with the page limits specified for each individual section.

※加点対象の論文について
　研究計画書の研究業績として記載する論文については、加点対象如何を問わず、自由に記載ください。選抜において加味される論文（筆頭著者として執筆した査読付原著論文（インパクト・ファクター（IF）がありアクセプト済みのもの。言語問わず）については、申請フォームの設問で対象論文の情報をアップロードされたものについて、選抜において考慮対象となるかを審査いたします。

※Papers Eligible for Additional Evaluation Points
Applicants may include any published papers in the research achievement section of the research proposal. If you have any papers eligible for additional evaluation points ーpeer-reviewed original research articles authored as the first author, accepted with an IF in any language, please enter the required information in the application form. The submitted information will be evaluated during the selection process.

３．本学の指導（予定）教員の推薦書 / Recommendation Letter from the (expected) Supervisor at Hokkaido University

　本学の指導（予定）教員へ推薦書の提出依頼をしてください。指導（予定）教員の推薦書は全員提出必須です。本フェローシップ申請に際し、本学の指導（予定）教員にあらかじめ了解を得るようにしてください。下記の提出フォームより、指導（予定）教員が推薦書を提出します。

　Please ask your (expected) supervisor at Hokkaido University to submit a recommendation letter. It is required for all applicants to obtain approval from your (expected) supervisor at Hokkaido University before applying for the fellowship. Your (expected) supervisor will submit the recommendation letter from the submission form below.

推薦書／Recommendation letter【指導（予定）教員向け / For  (expected) Supervisor 】

・学生の申請前後問いません。提出期限は同様に５月22日（金）17時まで。
・推薦書フォームには、ELMSのGoogleアカウントにログインしたうえでアクセスしてください。（SSOシステムからELMSにログインし、画面左側に表示されるGoogleのいずれか（メール、カレンダー、ドライブ）にアクセスすることで、ELMSのGoogleアカウントにログインした状態となります）。推薦書必要項目は下記サンプルをご確認ください。

・A recommendation letter can be submitted before the student's application submission. The submission deadline for a recommendation letter is the same as the student's application, May 22, 2026, 5.00 p.m.
・Please access the submission form with your ELMS Google account (log in to ELMS in the SSO System, access "Google" that is displayed on the left side (Mail, Calendar, or Drive) to log in to your ELMS Google account). Please refer to the details of the recommendation letter in the sample below.

※推薦書のGoogleフォームは5月11日より入力可能となります。

The Google Form will be open for submissions on May 11, 2026.

４．申請フォーム作成 / Application Form

　申請フォームに必要事項を入力し、研究計画書等の提出書類をアップロードする。
・申請枠によってフォームが分かれているため、間違えないよう注意すること。審査対象外となる場合があります。
・令和8年10月（在学生）申請フォームは北海道大学のELMSのGoogleアカウントが必要です。
・令和８年10月（新入生）および令和9年４月（新入生）申請フォームは、Googleアカウントが必要です。
・下部にサンプルがあります。

　Enter required information in the application form and upload the required documents such as the research proposal.

・Since the application forms differ depending on the application category, please be careful not to submit the application from the incorrect form. Submissions using an incorrect form may be excluded from the selection process.
・ELMS Google Account is required to access the application form for October 2026 (Current Doctoral Students). ・Your personal Google Account is required to access the application form for October 2026 and April 2027 (New Doctoral Students).

※令和8年10月以前に博士（後期）課程に入学した学生はこのフォームで申請してください。

令和9年4月（新入生）採用枠【早期募集】申請フォーム/Application form for April 2027 (New Doctoral Students) 【Early Recruitment】

※募集対象：区分1　のみ / Targeted Category: Category 1 only

申請フォームの修正・提出について / Application Form Revisions and Submission

　申請フォームは提出後も締め切りまで修正できます。研究計画書についても、申請後であっても締切まで申請フォームへ再アップロードすることで修正が可能です。なお、既にアップロードした研究計画書を削除することはできませんが、締切日時点で最後にアップロードされたファイルを最新版として受領します。
　申請者のGoogleドライブの容量が不足した場合はアップロードができないこともあります。その際はデータを削除するなどして空き容量を増やすなど、必ず前もって確認してください。受付期間終了直前は、サーバーが混み合う可能性があるため、余裕を持って申請してください。 受付期間を過ぎた場合は、申請途中であっても受理いたしません。

　Googleフォームの自動返信メールの受信をもって、申請手続きは完了となります。
※メールが届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダに入っていないか、申請フォームに登録されたアドレスに間違いがないかご確認ください。

　After submission of your application form, you may revise the form until the application deadline. You may update your research proposal at any time before the deadline by re-uploading it via the application form. Please note that previously uploaded versions cannot be deleted. The latest version uploaded by the deadline will be considered as the final submission.

　If the applicant's Google Drive storage is insufficient, they may not be able to upload files. Please ensure to check the storage in advance and delete unnecessary data if necessary. Due to possible server congestion toward the end of the submission deadline, we recommend submitting your application early. Please note that applications in progress at the time of the deadline will not be accepted.

　The application process is complete once you receive an automatic reply email from Google Forms. *If you do not receive the email, please check your spam email folder and make sure that the email address you registered on the application form is correct.
