あなたの研究内容を公開しませんか？Make your research public!

大学院教育推進機構では、博士学生のExtension（社会展開力）を伸ばすため研究のアウトリーチ活動を推奨しています。本事業では自身の研究内容を一般の方に分かりやすく説明するポスター及び動画を作成すること、またその成果を社会に向けて広く公開することを通じて、社会展開のトレーニングの機会とするとともに実社会とのつながりを創出します。

研究内容を公開することを希望する学生は、下記の手順に従って申請をしてください。

Institute for the Advancement of Graduate Education encourages doctoral students take outreach activities to develop their Extension skill (skill to extend your own research to the society ). In this project, students will have opportunities of training in the "Extension" and to create connections with the real society through createing posters and videos to explain their research in an easy-to-understand manner and widely open to the general public.

Students who wish to make their research publicly available should apply according to the following procedures.

※なお、提出いただいたポスターと動画は、専用サイトにおいて一般向けに公開いたします。そのため、内容が公開して差し支えないものとなっているか、必ず指導教員に確認の上提出してください。

また、提出いただいたポスターをもとに、１２月に実施するサイエンスフェスタの「研究成果でSDGsに貢献する発表会inチカホ」に参加することが可能です。詳細はこちら。

*Please note that submitted posters and videos will open to the general public on a special website. Therefore, please make sure to check with your academic advisor before submitting your poster and video to ensure that the content is appropriate for public viewing.

In addition, based on the submitted poster, you will have opportunity to participate in the "Research Presentations to Contribute to the SDGs" at the Science Festa to be held in December. For details, click here.

１．対象・申請可能期間 Eligibility and application period

対象：北海道大学の博士（後期）課程学生 Eligibility: Doctoral students at Hokkaido University

申請可能期間：いつでも可 Application Period: Anytime ※サイエンスフェスタに参加する場合は2024年10月31日まで *If participating in Science Festa, until October 31, 2024.

２．ポスターの作り方 How to make a poster

ポスターのテンプレートは下記からダウンロードして作成してください（日本語での作成を推奨します。）

※サイエンスフェスタに展示される際は、ポスターの下端は床から50cmくらいになります。見やすさに配慮しつつポスターを作成してください。

Please download the poster format template from the link below and make your own poster ( Use of Japanese language is recommended ).

*When your poster is displayed at the Science Festa, the bottom edge of your poster will be about 50 cm hight from the floor. Then, please bear in mind that your poster will be viewer-friendly in such display style.

３．動画の作り方 How to make a video

動画の構成は以下のとおりとしてください。The video should consist of the following details.

・自己紹介（プロフィール写真と肩書、氏名） Self-introduction (profile photo, your title and name)

・いま取り組んでいるテーマ（20秒程度の動画） The theme you are currently working on (approx. 20 sec.)

・そのテーマに取り組むことにしたきっかけ（20秒程度の動画） What made you decide to work on this theme (approx. 20 sec.)

・そのテーマで目指すこと（20秒程度の動画） What you aim to achieve through this theme (approx. 20 sec.)

・研究テーマに対するこだわり（10秒程度の動画） Uniqeness and attracrives of the research theme (approx. 10 sec.)

４．提出フォーム Upload Form

※アップロードフォームには、ELMSのGoogleアカウントにログインしたうえでアクセスしてください。（ELMSにログインし、画面左側に表示されるG-SUITEのいずれか（メール、カレンダー、ファイル共有）にアクセスすることで、ELMSのGoogleアカウントにログインした状態となります）。

*Before accessing the upload form on the ELMS Google, please log in to your ELMS Google account . By logging in to the ELMS and accessing one of the G-Suites (Mail, Calendar, Drive) displayed on the left side of the screen, you are logged into your ELMS Google account.
