EXEX博士人材フェローシップでは、ポートフォリオシステムを活用し、本フェローシップで育成する４＋１の能力について、学修成果の可視化（修得した能力のレーダーチャート化、基準達成によるオープンバッジの発行）を行います。学修成果の可視化により、自己の成長を客観的に把握すること、修得した能力を広くアピールすることが可能となります。
The EXEX Doctoral Fellowship utilizes a portfolio system to visualize the fellowship's 4+1 competencies (radar charting of acquired competencies and issuance of open badges upon achievement of standards). By visualizing the acquired competencies, students can objectively grasp their own growth and widely promote the abilities acquired.
オープンバッジとは・・・ What is an Open Badge...
オープンバッジは、世界共通の技術標準規格に沿って発行されるデジタル証明・認証です。
企業や大学等で活用が広まっており、日本国内では「新しい資本主義のグランドデザイン及び実行計画」（令和5年6月16日閣議決定）でもその推奨について言及されるなど、今後も普及していくことが見込まれます
本フェローシップでは、本フェローシップで育成する４＋１の能力について、一定の基準を満たした方にオープンバッジを発行します。修得したオープンバッジを各種SNSでの発信やメールの署名欄に追加することで、獲得した能力を広くアピールすることができます。
An open badge is a digital certificate or authentication issued in accordance with a common global technical standard.
It is widely used by companies and universities, and is expected to become more widespread in Japan, as recommended in the "Grand Design and Action Plan for New Capitalism" (approved by the Cabinet on June 16, 2023).
The Fellowship will issue open badges to those who meet certain standards in the 4+1 competencies to be fostered by the Fellowship. The acquired competencies can be widely publicized by sending out the acquired Open Badge on various social networking services and adding it to the signature line of emails.
２．学修成果の可視化の流れ Flow of Visualization of Acquired Competencies
①教育プログラムの履修 Participation in Educational Programs
ポイント化対象プログラムは以下のとおりです（プログラム及びポイント一覧）。
The programs eligible for point conversion are as follows (List of Programs and Points).

24. 複眼的高度DX人材育成プログラム（MaDX）Multifaceted ambitious DX human resource development program（MaDX）
②教育プログラムの参加によって入手したポイントをポートフォリオに入力 Enter points earned through participation in educational programs into your portfolio
※EXEXフェローシップ参加前の成績であっても入力可（修士課程の成績含む）。
* Points can be entered even if they were earned prior to participation in the EXEX Fellowship (including grades from master's course).
（操作方法の詳細はマニュアルを参照してください。）
一部の授業科目では、EXEX博士人材フェローシップの共通ルーブリックに基づき、獲得ポイントに既定の倍率をかけて増加させることが可能です。
(Refer to the manual for details on how to operate the portfolio system.)
For some courses, the points earned can be increased by a predetermined ratio based on the common rubric of the EXEX Doctoral Fellowship.

共通ルーブリックによる評価を行っている科目は、上記の「プログラム及びポイント一覧」をご覧ください。共通ルーブリックの評価結果は、個別に授業担当教員から連絡があります。
Please refer to the "List of Programs and Points" above for courses that are evaluated by the common rubric. The results of the common rubric evaluation will be communicated to you individually by the instructor in charge of the course.
共通ルーブリックの評価に応じて、下記のとおり獲得ポイントに倍率をかけることができます。
Depending on the evaluation of the common rubric, the points earned can be multiplied as follows.
1st Grade ・・・・ ×1.5
2nd Grade・・・・ ×2
3rd Grade・・・・ ×5
※例えば、DX・AI推進力で0.2ポイント、社会連携共創力で0.6ポイントの科目で3rd Gradeを獲得した場合、各ポイントに5を掛けて、DX・AI推進力で1ポイント、社会連携共創力で3ポイントを得ることができます。
For example, if a student earns 0.2 points in DX・AI Promotion Skills and 0.6 points in Social Collaboration and Co-creation Skills, for 3rd Grade, each point will be multiplied by 5 to earn 1 point in DX・AI Promotion Skills and 3 points in Social Collaboration and Co-creation Skills.
③基準に達するとオープンバッジの申請が可能 Can apply for an open badge when criteria are reached
一定のポイントに達するとオープンバッジの申請が可能です。
Once you reach a certain point, you can apply for an open badge.
ポイント／Point
3 ・・・・ Bronze
6 ・・・・ Silver
10 ・・・・ Gold
上記の発行基準に達しましたら、8月末または2月末までに下記のフォームから申請してください。
Once you have reached the above issuance criteria, please submit your application via the Google Form below by the end of August or February.
申請受付後、申請内容の確認及び審査を経て、オープンバッジを発行します。
After the application is received, it will be verified and reviewed, and an open badge will be issued.

各種SNSでの発信やメールの署名欄に追加することで、獲得した能力を広くアピールすることができます。具体的な活用事例は以下のWebサイトで確認できます。

３．その他ポートフォリオシステムの活用 Other Utilization of Portfolio System
手続きの効率化及びデータの効率的な集約のため、修学状況報告書の提出、研究業績の入力はポートフォリオシステムを通じて行います。詳しい操作方法は本ページ冒頭のマニュアルをご確認ください。
