Congratulations to the 2021 HSC Visual Arts students on the completion of their Body of Work in unusual times. Due to Covid Restrictions, the annual HSC Visual Arts Exhibition was unable to be held onsite at Cherrybrook Technology High School. The 2021 students submitted a body of work as part of the HSC examination for Visual Arts. In this Body of Work, students demonstrated their understanding of artmaking as a practice, representing their ideas and interests through their interpretation of subject matter and use of expressive forms. We are all very proud of their sustained commitment to the completion of their artworks in what has been a difficult HSC year.
A Body of Work may be submitted in one of the 12 expressive forms. A student's intentions and practice should inform the selection of the expressive form. CTHS students have been represented in a wide variety of the expressive forms including drawing, painting, documented forms, graphic design, photomedia, printmaking, ceramics, textiles and fibre and time based forms.
