Today was our final visit to Gilmerton Gardens for the summer!
Although the P5/6s will be back on the 16th to go camping for their Night Under the Stars.
One of our P6s wanted to do some compass and coordinates maths (I know - fun, right?!) so we hid treasure all over the garden, then used NESW (Never Eat Shredded Wheat) directions to find the treasure which was buried at our own coordinates. We used a map with a grid on it to choose where to hide our treasure and then wrote the directions.
