How to get alterations made through Worksmith step by step guide:
Go to united.worksmith.com.
Click “Sign in with SSO” and enter the same email address and password you use to sign into United’s system.
A dashboard will appear showing your alterations credit total and alterations history.
Click the “Find a tailor” button and enter your zip code. A list of tailors in the Worksmith network will appear.
Once you find a tailor, click “Create a ticket.” Enter the garments and alterations you’d like made. Once you select a garment, you will see the price for the alteration. Please note that some tailors in the same area may be less expensive than others. If you’d like alterations made that are not part of the options to select, add details on the item and what you’d like done in the “Notes” section. Your tailor will discuss pricing with you when you bring your garment in.
Select the date you’d like to drop your garments off and head to the tailor. They’ll then confirm your order and the date you can pick your garments up.
