How can I order a wool free or polyester free uniform?
Advise the United Employee that they will want to confirm with United that there is paperwork on file showing their requirement for the allergy product. If they have not provided documentation, then we can advise them to initiate a RAP, and refer them to the Help Hub. Once the RAP is approved, they will have access to the appropriate catalog on their ordering portal.
Then they fill in this form, and select “Issues with Shoes/Uniform/Luggage” and attach the doctor’s note:
