Scenario: Customer is inquiring about Return / exchange.
What to do:
Please advise the employee that the returns/exchange process function is now available.
To exchange your item, you can process your request on your end via Flying Together and Go to Brooks Brothers ordering portal. Click “Return Order” you'll be guided through the exchange process.
Once confirmed, you scan or print a QR Code that you can use when you go to a Fedex drop off location (you can search for the closest location on the ordering portal).
Following this, you will receive instructions on how to process the replacement for the items you wish to exchange. An order number will be generated once you complete the checkout.
