4.1 Possession, Display and Use HGA Items

HGA Local Rule 4.1 - Possession, Display and Use of HGA Items: HGA Tour player must display or have in their possession all official HGA items deemed required by the HGA founder or HGA Possession, Display and Use of Items Committee of the HGA Board for each HGA Event. HGA tour members must have all official items in their possession, properly displayed and not misused at all times during an HGA Event and are subject to fine at any time during an HGA Tour Event when items are not properly displayed or presented to the HGA Founder or the HGA Possession, Display and Use of Items Official when requested. A list of required items will be available either in official HGA Board Minutes for the HGA event or displayed on the HGA website announcing or describing an HGA Event. A one-time per HGA event fee of up to $5 may be assessed if the appropriate item cannot be produced within 1 minute 27 seconds of requests to view items required in possession by the HGA Founder or Possession, Display and Use Official. Or if an item is improperly displayed at any time. Or if use of the HGA Item is determined to be inappropriate. Fees collected will be used to replace lost items, create new items or payed out in the HGA event as deemed appropriate by the HGA Founder. Additional replacement fees may also be assessed for more expensive items.

New members of the HGA will be given appropriate items for Possession, Display and Use and/or allowed exemption by the HGA Founder or the HGA Possession, Display and Use of Items Official.
