3.2 The Normal Putter

HGA Local Rule 3.2: The Normal Putter: A putter is considered "normal" if it is no longer than the putter being used by the HGA founder.

Rule clarifications:

1. Bottom line. If you're putter is longer it's abnormal.

Rule rationale: It's good to be the founder.
