Fairways, Greens and Putts

Similar to Bingo Bango Bongo, in Fairwas, Greens and Putts you are rewarded for your good play no matter what your opponent does. This game too, rewards players who concentrate on every shot because any given shot could be worth points no matter how many strokes you've taken. Points are awarded as follows:

Drive in the Fairway

1 point is a warded to a player who hits their first shot from the tee in to the appropriate* fairway or green. The ball is considered in the fairway if any part of the ball is touching the appropriate* fairway, on the green or first cut of fringe. (*The appropriate fairway is the short grass that leads from the tee to the hole you are playing.)

Greens in regulation

1 point is awarded to a player who reaches the appropriate* green in regulation. Regulation is consider 2 strokes on a par 4, 3 strokes on a par 5 and 1 stroke on a par 3. The ball is considered on the green if the any part of the ball is touching the green. The fringe does not count. (*The appropriate green is the one that leads from the tee to the hole you are playing.)

Putts

1 point is awarded to a player who two putts the appropriate* green. 2 points is awarded to a player who 1 putts the appropriate* green. Putts are counted while on the putting surface only. (Exception: You take a stroke on the putting surface and your ball leaves the putting surface. All strokes are counted once you are on the putting surface.) Note: Using the putter does not necessarily count as a putt. Using the putter from outside the putting surface (the fringe for example) are not counted as a putt.

Chip Ins and holing out from off the putting surface

3 points is awarded to a player who holes out from anywhere inside of 25 yards. (Note: This could be from the fringe with a putter) 4 points is awarded player who holes out from 26-50 yards, 5 points for 51-100 yards, 6 points for 100-150 yards, 7 points for 151-200, 8 points for 200-250 yards, 9 points for 251+ yards. 50 points is awarded to a hole in one (You'll need it!)

Sandys

3 points is awarded to a player who takes two strokes from the sand and reaches the hole. 5 points is awarded to a player who holes out from the sand inside of 50 yards.
