Wes Fassnacht is a 1998 graduate of Delphi and the son of Dave and Erin Fassnacht. He has one sibling, sister Hilary. He was coached by Bob Floyd.

Wes was a 2 time IHSAA Wrestling State Qualifier both in his sophomore season of 1996 and senior season in 1998.

He is married to Jennifer and has two daughters, Grace and Evelyn.
