Ryan Freeman is a 1997 graduate of DCHS. He is the son of Tom and Susan Freeman and has one sister Anne. He was coached by Bob Floyd.

Ryan was a 1997 State Finalist in Wrestling, placing 5th. At that time, this was the highest placement by a Delphi wrestler in the state tournament series. He passed his former teammate Craig Ralston's mark of 7th in 1994.
