Hunter Mote was a graduate of the class of 2016 at Delphi. He was coached by Mike Atwood.

Hunter graduated Delphi as one of the most decorated wrestler in program history. He achieved 3 state finals qualifications('14, '15, & '16), and was the state runner-up in his final attempt (2016).

He ranked 4th in career wins (138), 5th in career take downs (248), and is one of only 3 wrestlers to reach the spotlight of the State Championship match (Atwood '10 & Lynde '12).
