Degree with honors in Medicine and Surgery in 2003 at the University of Siena. Specialized in Infectious Diseases in 2007 at the same university. Master in Tropical Medicine and International Health at the University of Barcelona UB in 2009. Postgraduate course in Clinical Management of Resistance to Antiviral Drugs at the Tor Vergata University of Rome, academic year 2010-11. From 2009 to 2011 he worked at the Infectious Diseases Unit of the Misericordia Hospital in Grosseto for the conduct of clinical studies in the context of the follow-up of HIV positive patients. Since 2011 medical director at the Pediatric Unit of the same hospital and since 2018 head of Cystic Fibrosis. From March 2020 dott. Croci is the medical director of the Infectious Diseases Unit engaged in the COVID emergency.
