Design
Once an idea, solution, or product is selected from the ideation stage, it is time to design. Drafts or prototypes are not going to be perfect right away, the goal of this stage is to make a quick working copy so that it can be tested and redesigned based on feedback. Success will result from multiple iterations in a short amount of time. If designers fuss too long before rolling out an idea for testing, the process loses momentum and teams can become stagnant.
Strategies for Designing
Prototype: Creating a quick, low-budget model of your concept is a great way to roll it out to a group of stakeholders to test, collect feedback, and redesign it.

Storyboard: A storyboard can help you visualize your concept from start to finish.
Write About It: Writing about a concept can help identify gaps, work out details, and make the ideas come to life.
