Juan Guerrero

Juan Guerrero is the Superintendent of Public Works. He has been with the City of Big Lake since 1990. Juan is oversees the daily functions of our Public Works Division and works closely with the City Administrator in seeing that projects come to completion.

Senior Citizen Things to Know

Senior Citizens are eligible to receive a utility discount as long as the payment is received by the 10th day of each month. Please see our Street Department page and New to Big Lake page for additional services offered to our Senior Citizens.

Recycling

The City of Big Lake offers a free, non-commercial, motor oil disposal site at the Public Works yard located at the corner of First Street and Plaza Avenue, directly across the street from the Public Works building.

Where is the Landfill Located?

The City of Big Lake landfill is located at 1901 West US Hwy 67, approximately 2 1/2 miles West of Big Lake on Hwy 67.
