This is an open access online training course aimed at tutors new to teaching adults.  It is also useful as a recap for more experienced staff.  If you are a new tutor you will receive a small payment for completing the course and you can also gain a certificate if you complete an extra task.  You can access this through the icon on the left. 

This City & Guilds accredited course is ideal for teachers and trainers who have experience in teaching or training adults over 18, either in an educational environment, the voluntary sector or the workplace. You will gain further understanding of how adults learn, how to design and deliver inclusive learning and how to support the progress of your learners.
