These pages should help you understand how to do online tasks such as completing registers, recording achievement, accessing your course evaluations and checking if your learners have disclosed any support needs.
City Lit uses ebs ontrack to record attendance and other information, and to view important information about classes.
It is essential to keep an up to date attendance register for all of your courses; it is part of our agreement with the funders and has direct impact on the funding we can claim. Click on the button on the right for step by step guidance how to record attendance in ebs ontrack.
When students enrol, they have an opportunity to disclose any learning differences or disabilities that may affect their learning, and indicate whether they would like their tutors to be aware of these. They are also invited to discuss their needs with the Access and Inclusion team who then make a plan for their support. This is called a RAP (Reasonable Adjustment Plan).
As course tutor you can see whether any of your students have disclosed a learning difficulty, disability and/or health problem in ebs ontrack. You can also see any RAP which has been produced. For guidance on where to see this information please click on the button on the left.
At the end of non-accredited courses that are 9 hours or longer, you will need to record achievement for your students. Click on the button on the right for step by step guidance on how to record non-accredited achievement in ebs ontrack.
Students complete their course evaluations online. Please remind your students to check for the course evaluation email at the end of the course, and to complete the course evaluation as soon as they can.
Students' personal links to the course evaluation form will remain active until two weeks after the end of term.
You will be able to see students’ comments about the course in ebs ontrack, in the My Course Feedback section. For guidance please click on the button on the left.
