Process

My process has changed a lot! Recently I have come to a realization: that using scrap booking is a valid form of expression. Using the collage texture as a setting for my brightly depicted characters of my own design. I have found that embracing my strengths as an artist has evolved my compositions. Not thinking of a lack of backgrounds as a weakness anymore, but using my new found sucess of collage to replace an otherwise empty world.

It is okay to be loose and messy with digital art! I have started to embrace a more unpolished look when it comes to working with pixels. Merging computerized art tools and my real life traditional drawings, I try to connect the two styles in my own successful way.
