The Viiv Healthcare Patient Assistance Program offers prescription assistance on HIV medications at no cost to patients who qualify. If a patient doesn't have insurance and is having trouble paying for the ViiV Healthcare medicine(s) prescribed, the patient may qualify for PAP.
ELIGIBIILITY:
Must have a household income less than or equal to 500% of the Federal Poverty Level based on household size.
Must not be eligible for Medicaid
Must either have no prescription drug coverage (unless benefits are limited to generic-only coverage: outpatient use only), OR have Medicare Part D and have spent $600 or more on out-of-pocket prescription expenses during the current calendar year.

The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and underinsured have access to medication through financial assistance.
SERVICES PROVIDED: Free FDA-approved medications used in the treatment and suppression of HIV/AIDS and HIV/AIDS-related opportunistic infections; premium payment assistance for individuals enrolled in a private health insurance plan; premium payment assistance for individuals enrolled in a Medicare Part D prescription plan.
Once you complete your enrollment into ADAP, your HIV medications will be accessible through participating ADAP pharmacies. Currently, 203 drugs are available through ADAP, and there are over 6,000 participating pharmacies statewide where you can access these drugs.
To apply, schedule an appointment with a certified ADAP Enrollment Worker at a certified ADAP enrollment site. ADAP enrollment sites are located throughout the state. You can contact the ADAP Call Center at (844) 421-7050 for assistance with locating an enrollment site.
