A Safe Place Domestic Violence Services
A Safe Place Domestic Violence Services
A Safe Place provides emergency transport, food, and shelter for women and children facing domestic violence. They provide shelter/services for battered women or battered women with children up to the age of 18 who are in danger and have no other resources. Services include legal assistance including obtaining restraining orders, counseling, and assistance in locating housing and employment. The maximum length of stay is 90 days. Non-shelter clients can make an appointment to see a domestic violence crisis counselor.

Shepard's Gate Shelter Program is designed to address the immediate needs of single women and/or mothers with children. Clients may stay up to one year and time may be extended.

Tri-Valley Haven
Tri-Valley Haven provides shelter & counseling for battered women and their children, survivors of sexual assault, molestation, and domestic abuse. They provide a 24-hour crisis phone line for domestic violence, operate a restraining order clinic and food pantry for needy families, and temporary shelter for homeless families including a shelter for single fathers with kids.
