Sausal Creek Outpatient Clinic
Sausal Creek Outpatient Clinic offers psychiatric assessments, medication support, co-occurring support services, linkages to other support services, and walk-in services for adults who have a serious chronic mental illness.
Services are available for Alameda County residents who have Medi-CAL, HealthPAC, or who are already enrolled in a program. These services are not for individuals currently experiencing a medical emergency.
Referrals are made through Alameda County ACCESS. They can be reached at 800-491-9099 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Berkeley Mobile Crisis Team
Berkeley Mobile Crisis Team (MCT) provides mobile crisis response for Berkeley residents and Albany residents. Mental health professionals provide immediate response to mental health crisis.
ELIGIBILITY: Residents of Berkeley and Albany; those primarily referred by the Berkeley Police Department, Fire Departments, hospital emergency rooms, and other Berkeley and Albany agencies.

Crisis Response Program of Alameda County Behavioral Health Services
The Adult Crisis Response Program offers drop-in service for adults - with Medi-Cal or no insurance - who are in real or perceived crisis can go into any of the Alameda County Behavioral Health CRP clinics and receive on-demand support from the CRP staff. You must call ACCESS at the 800 number listed below for referral to this program.
