The Brown Boi Project (BBP) leadership retreats offer a space to rising leaders of color (age 35 and under) to build skills in leadership, economic self-sufficiency, and health. These retreats bring participants from across the country to experience an intensive introduction to community organizing while doing important personal leadership development.
If you are accepted into the program, the BBP will cover your travel, food, and lodging expenses so that you can join us. The Brown Boi Project holds our leadership retreats twice a year (in March and October). Each year, we open the application for these retreats in January.
