The Tri-Cities Corps of the Salvation Army provides rent and utility assistance services and support to those in financial crisis. This program is designed to assist families and individuals experiencing financial emergency, shut-off notices, and/or other hardships. 

ELIGIBILITY: Must be a resident of Fremont, Newark, and/or Union City. Must be experiencing financial emergency, shut-off notices or any other hardships.
