Problem:
Request form: Submit an email address for Family Access.
Error messages: No matching email account has been found.
Solution:
In order to receive family access messages, including your login and password, a current e-mail address must be entered by the school into Skyward. Each family member has their own account in Skyward.
Step 1: Check if e-mail address is on file by entering your e-mail address at the link below and clicking the Submit button. Check your e-mail account for a message containing your Skyward username and password.
Note: If "The login entered is not associated with any accounts." appears, see Step 2 below.

Step 2:
Please fill out and submit the form once for each parent or guardian listed as a school contact.
Once your e-mail address has been entered, you will receive further e-mail instructions for logging into Family Access. The e-mail address needs to be entered manually into Skyward so it may take several hours during regular school hours for this process to be completed.
Note: Regis students already have access using their school e-mail address. Students should follow the instructions here to access their account information.
