This report will generate a Grade Sheet Report for the selected term showing the details from the Skyward gradebook screen.
From the Gradebook listing, hover over Reports for All Classes.
Under the Gradebook heading, highlight and click on Grade Sheet Report.
Note: If teaching in both middle school and high school select Progress Detail under the correct entity (200 for Middle School or 300 for High School). The report must be run once in each entity.
Click Add a new Template
Type a name for the report and click Save.
From the drop-down, select and click on the term to print the reports.
Note: The system will default to the current term so the term needs to be changed to print records from earlier in the year.
The rest of the options can be used to narrow the list of students.
Click Save to save the report with the default settings.
From the Grade Sheet screen, highlight the report that was just saved.
Note: All classes for this entity will be selected by default including the homeroom. To change which classes will print, click Select Different Classes. Uncheck the classes that should not print.
Click Print.
Skyward will generate a report based on the options you selected.
Click Display Report if prompted.
The report will open as a PDF and can be saved or printed.
If the report does not contain the details needed, click Modify parameters of Template from the Grade Sheet screen.
Change the parameters from those listed.
Click Save.
Continue with Step #7 above to print with the new parameters.
