Instructions: Change student, alert, or emergency information.
Solution:
Login to Skyward Family Access
Click on the Student Information link (1).
Click on the Request Change(s) to my Child's Information link (2).
Note: If you do not have this link, you are not listed as the Head of Household in Skyward. Log in with another family account or request your name be moved to the Head of Household by contacting your school secretary. Skyward only allows one head of household per family.
Click any of the buttons to request a change in student information, change in alert information, or a change to emergency information.
Save each screen after the change is made.
Click the Back button to return to the Skyward page.
The request is held in Skyward until it is approved by the school.
