Ensemble Setup

Ensemble

This solution is used for recording content and sharing the recorded videos on your website or Google Classroom. The link to recorded videos can also be sent via email or embeded into your RCS Microsite.

Welcome Email

You will receive a welcome email with your Ensemble username and password. These credentials let you log into the Chrome Extension, the iPhone App, and your online video library,

Recording from Chrome

Open the Chrome browser on your computer, laptop, or Chromebook.
Install the Chrome extension.

Ensemble Url: https://ensemble.cesa10.k12.wi.us/Regis (this is the URL used in minute 1:45 of the walk through video)

b. Or click the arrow > to walk through the presentation on the right.

3. You can choose to record your desktop if giving a presentation or record from your webcam.

Recording from an iPhone

Install the Ensemble Video App.
Setup and allow permissions to record.
Record video using the Ensemble Video App.

Note: This method is only recommended if the video is about 5 minutes or less. For longer videos it is recommended to record using the iPhone camera and then upload the video using the Ensemble Video App. (#4 below)

4. Upload from iPhone gallery.

The videos that have been recorded can be further managed in the Ensemble Video Library.

Navigate to https://ensemble.cesa10.k12.wi.us/
Enter the Username and password (1) from the Welcome Email and click Login (2).
