Solution:
Skyward offers two methods to receive low balance notifications.
The first method allows you to sign-up for e-mail notifications within Family Access. A notification will be sent whenever your family's food service balance is below $20.00. These notifications will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered in your Family Access account.
With the second method, the food service staff will generate low balance notifications. These notifications will also be sent to the e-mail account in the Family Access account. For families without an e-mail address on file, a notice will be printed and sent home through the youngest student in the family. Since these reports have to be manually generated and may rely on students to get the message home the first method is preferred.
