Drop Lowest Score

The lowest score can be dropped based on selected students and selected assignments.

The undo drop lowest score process can also be run if the results are not expected, see the instructions at the bottom of this page.

1. Hover over Display Options, highlight and click on Drop Lowest Score.

2. Click the Drop Lowest Score link for the selected term.

2. Uncheck the box before any student to exclude them from the drop processing.

2. Click Next.

2. Uncheck the box before any assignment categories or individual assignments to exclude them from the drop processing.

2. Click Next.

2. Review the students and assignments that will be dropped.
3. Uncheck the box before any student that should not be processed.

2. Click Process Drops.

2. The Process Options screen will be displayed.
3. Click Back to return to the gradebook.

Undo Drop Lowest Score

1. Hover over Display Options, highlight and click on Drop Lowest Score.

2. Click the Undo Drop Lowest Score link for the selected term.

2. Review the students that will be undropped.
3. Uncheck the box before any student that should not be processed.

2. The Process Options screen will be displayed.
3. Click Back to return to the gradebook.
