For each sprint review, it is important to make specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely goals. SMART goals help groups stay on task and timely.
No project will ever be finished without goals along the way. For each sprint review, groups should have a few goals that will keep each person busy throughout all of the time spent in the engineering room. Smaller tasks should be assigned to one person, not the whole group.
These goals should be so detailed that a 3rd grader could see that you have met the requirements of your goal.
