If you have a question, follow this order to get it answered: 1) look on the wiki 2) ask a classmate 3) google it 4) ask the teachers.

Some tools in the lab can be hazardous if used incorrectly, if you don't know how to use a tool but would like to, read the wiki and ask someone who knows how to use it for help, or ask a teacher to send you to someone who can help you.

Check voltage of power source and voltage capacity of the component you are trying to power. Then check the voltage of the power source again and the voltage capacity of the component you are trying to power again. Don't blow things up.

The goal of this engineering class is to learn how to fail and fix mistakes, DO NOT INTERFERE WITH/SABOTAGE OTHER'S PROJECTS.

Color coordination of tools-

• Blue- Shop items (Blue tools stay in the shop)

• Green- Engineering 2&3 room and backroom (Green tools stay in the labs)

• Pink- Electrical tools

• Purple- 3D printer tools

When submitting a McMasterCarr order to the purchase request from, make sure the link you submit is for just the part you want, not the list of parts. The URL should only have the part number i.e. mcmaster.com/5537T659/ and nothing else.
