what is the agent simultation

The Agent Simulation is meant to simulate a city that has just been hit by an earthquake. Your job is to control the Agents (Police, Firefighters, Medics) to help aid the civilians and minimize damage to the city. You are only allowed to edit the code and therefore the behavior of the agents but not anything else.
