The new National format for accepting enrollments is as follows:

Step 1:  Admission Form (You can fill out the form online through the link below or click on the Application for Admission button to get the form to print off)

Step 2:  Acceptance or rejection by the school based on the criteria as set out in the schools Admissions Policy

Step 3:  Parents formally accept admission

Step 4:  Enrollment form
